2. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMET

-Technical Direction & Supervision

CPS Construction Management Service includes Technical Direction and Supervision of the construction process by our certified engineers with the administrative support of our local office.

Technical Direction & Supervision includes:

·        Selection and approval of construction crew

·        Timely cost accounting and progress reports based on established timeline

·        Budget control and payment disbursements according to project progress based on established budget and timeline

·        Quality control of materials and building process via laboratory testing and site inspections. 

·        Inspection and approval of materials and equipment to be installed by subcontractors based on design specifications

·        Description, budget, timeline and communication with client on any additional work not specified in architectural plans

·        Detailed review and cost control of all receipts presented by subcontractors

·        Inspections and meetings in conjunction with the client to review and approve the different phases of the project

-Administration

CPS through its Administration assumes the responsibility for the financial control of the project resources with the necessary management systems and accounting controls.  CPS as the Manager/Administrator is committed to working towards the best interest of the client.
